Who you’re working with

RampUp Studio Philippines is the freelance studio of Rodel Luneta, based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

You work with me directly, from the first message to the handover.

Quotes and prices

The prices on this website are starting points. Before any work begins, I send you a written quote with the scope, price, timeline, and number of revision rounds. Work starts only after you accept it.

Costs from other companies are separate unless your quote includes them. These include your domain name, ad spend paid to Meta, Google or TikTok, and paid apps or plugins.

Payments

• For projects, you pay a 50% deposit to reserve your spot and start the work.
• You pay the remaining 50% when the work is ready, before it goes live or is handed over.
• Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month, on the billing day we agree.

I confirm every payment I receive. Your quote may set a different schedule for larger projects.

Revisions

Your quote says how many rounds of revisions are included. One round is one list of changes, sent all at once. Changing the layout, adding pages, or adding features is new work, not a revision, and I’ll quote it before doing it.

To keep your project on schedule, please send your content and feedback within the times we agree. If I don’t hear from you for 30 days, I may pause the project. You can restart it any time by messaging me.

The Freelancer Starter offer

The Freelancer Starter Site is a one-page website for freelancers, at an introductory price of ₱5,000 instead of the regular ₱10,000.

• It is available to the first 10 freelancers, or until December 31, 2026, whichever comes first.
• It includes the sections listed on the pricing page, a ready-made layout in your choice of colors and fonts, free hosting, connecting your domain, and 2 rounds of revisions.
• Your domain name is not included. You buy it in your own name, so you fully own it.
• You pay ₱2,500 to reserve your spot and ₱2,500 before your site goes live.
• Extra revision rounds and small edits after launch are ₱500 each.
• Free hosting continues while I offer it. If it ever has to change, I’ll tell you at least 30 days before, and help you move your site.

Refunds

Freelancer Starter guarantee. If you still don’t love the design after 2 rounds of revisions, tell me. We stop there, and I refund your ₱2,500 deposit in full, no questions asked. The guarantee applies before your site goes live; once you pay the remaining balance and the site is live, the project is complete.

Other projects. Your deposit reserves my time and covers work already done, so it isn’t refundable once work has started, unless we agree otherwise in writing. If I can’t finish the work we agreed on, I refund the part of your payment for work not delivered.

Refunds are sent within 7 working days, using the same payment method where possible. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Philippine consumer law.

Monthly plans

Each plan includes the services and number of requests listed on the pricing page. A small request is something like new prices, a fixed form, or a new reminder; bigger work is quoted as a project.

There’s no lock-in. To cancel, message me before your next billing date, and the plan ends at the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Ownership

• Your logo, text, photos, and other content stay yours. Please send only content you have the right to use.
• Once you’ve paid in full, you own the finished website made for you.
• I keep the right to my own tools, code, and templates that I reuse across projects. You may use them as part of your website.
• I may show your finished project in my portfolio. Just tell me if you’d rather I didn’t.

Responsibility

I build and look after your project with care, and fix any mistakes of mine at no cost. Some things depend on other companies, such as domain registrars, hosting, WhatsApp, Meta, and Google. I can’t control their outages, rules, or price changes, but I’ll help you sort them out.

Results such as more inquiries or sales depend on many things, so I don’t guarantee specific numbers. If something goes wrong because of my work, my responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that service, as far as the law allows.

These terms follow the laws of the Philippines. If I update them, the version in place when you accepted your quote applies to your project.
